Installing Nextcloud (from scratch) on my homelab

A homelab can be an upcycled old desktop, a dedicated NAS, or – as is my case – a full-size server rack.
They can take many shapes and sizes. Mine fits neatly in a large, walk-in closet off of my Livingroom and it's my pride and joy. I've got a large assortment of services running on my homelab, and some of them are exposed to the open Internet. To do so safely and responsibly, I've got an OPNSense firewall that sits between the WAN (the public Internet) and LAN (my local, private network).
